[Preamble and Introduction]

Welcome to use Multimeter Simulator Service

To use Multimeter Simulator services, you should read and comply with the "Multimeter Simulator Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). Please read carefully and fully understand the contents of all terms, especially the terms that exempt or limit liability, jurisdiction and applicable law terms, as well as separate agreements for activating or using certain services. Limitation and exemption terms may be highlighted in bold or underlined form to draw your attention. Unless you have read and accepted all terms of this Agreement, you are not entitled to use the services provided by Multimeter Simulator. Your use of Multimeter Simulator services shall be deemed as your reading and agreement to be bound by the above Agreement.

I. [Scope of Agreement]

1.1 This Agreement is entered into between you and Shenzhen Shenjiying Technology Co., Ltd. "User" refers to the person using Multimeter Simulator related services, referred to as "you" in this Agreement.

1.2 The services under this Agreement refer to products and services provided by Multimeter Simulator to users, including but not limited to online media, internet value-added services, interactive entertainment, e-commerce and advertising (hereinafter referred to as "this Service").

II. [Account Security]

2.1 You may need to register an account when using Multimeter Simulator services. Multimeter Simulator specially reminds you to properly safeguard your account and password. You should safely log out after use. Loss of account due to improper custody or password theft shall be your own responsibility.

III. [Protection of User Personal Information]

3.1 You may need to fill in some necessary information when registering an account or using this Service. If national laws and regulations have special provisions, you need to fill in true identity information. If the information you fill in is incomplete, you will not be able to use this Service or will be restricted during use.

3.2 Multimeter Simulator will use various security technologies and procedures to establish a sound management system to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

3.3 Multimeter Simulator will not transfer or disclose your personal information to any non-affiliated third party, unless:

- (1)Required by relevant laws and regulations or courts and government agencies;

- (2)Transfer to complete merger, demerger, acquisition or asset transfer;

- (3)Necessary to provide the services you request.

IV. [Ways to Use This Service]

4.1 Unless otherwise agreed with Multimeter Simulator, you agree that this Service is for your personal non-commercial use only.

4.2 You should use this Service through methods provided or approved by Multimeter Simulator. The rights you obtain under this Agreement are non-transferable.

4.3 You shall not use unauthorized plug-ins, hacks or third-party tools to interfere with, destroy, modify or otherwise affect the services under this Agreement.

V. [Service Provided As Is]

You understand and agree that Multimeter Simulator's services are provided as is according to the capabilities of existing technology and conditions. Multimeter Simulator will make every effort to provide you with services and ensure service continuity and security; however, Multimeter Simulator cannot foresee and prevent legal, technical and other risks at all times, including but not limited to service interruptions, data loss and other losses and risks that may be caused by force majeure, viruses, Trojans, hacker attacks, system instability, third-party service defects, government actions and other reasons.

VI. [Your Own Equipment]

6.1 You should understand that using Multimeter Simulator services requires you to prepare terminal equipment related to the relevant services (such as mobile phones, modems and other devices) and bear the necessary costs (such as telephone fees, internet fees, etc.).

6.2 You understand and agree that using this Service will consume your terminal equipment and bandwidth resources.

VII. [Advertising]

7.1 You agree that Multimeter Simulator may send you advertising, promotion or publicity information (including commercial and non-commercial information) on its own or through third-party advertisers during the provision of services. The methods and scope of such information may be changed without special notice to you.

7.2 Multimeter Simulator fulfills relevant obligations to advertisers in accordance with laws. You should judge the authenticity of advertising information yourself and be responsible for your judgment. Except as expressly provided by law, Multimeter Simulator shall not be liable for any loss or damage you suffer from transactions based on such advertising information or content provided by such advertisers.

7.3 You agree that for advertising information appearing in Multimeter Simulator services, you should carefully judge its authenticity and reliability. Except as expressly provided by law, you shall be responsible for transactions based on such advertising information.

VIII. [Paid Services]

8.1 Some services of Multimeter Simulator are provided on a paid basis. If you use paid services, please comply with the relevant agreements.

8.2 Multimeter Simulator may modify and change the charging standards and methods of paid services according to actual needs, and may also start charging for some previously free services. Before such modifications, changes or commencement of charging, Multimeter Simulator will make notifications or announcements on the relevant service pages. If you do not agree to the above modifications, changes or paid content, you should stop using the service.

IX. [Third-Party Products or Services]

When using third-party products or services on the Multimeter Simulator platform, in addition to complying with the provisions of this Agreement, you should also comply with the third party's user agreement. Multimeter Simulator and the third party shall each bear responsibility for possible disputes within the scope of laws and agreements.

X. [Compliance with Local and Chinese Laws and Regulations]

10.1 When using this Service, you must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and respect local moral standards and customs. If your behavior violates local laws and regulations or moral standards, you shall bear independent responsibility for this.

10.2 You should avoid causing Multimeter Simulator to become involved in political and public events through your use of this Service. Otherwise, Multimeter Simulator has the right to suspend or terminate services to you.

XI. [User-Generated Content and Third-Party Complaint Handling]

11.1 You are solely responsible for the content you send or transmit through this Service (including but not limited to web pages, text, images, audio, video, charts, etc.).

11.2 The content you send or transmit should have a legitimate source. The relevant content is owned by you or you have obtained authorization from the rights holder.

11.3 You agree that Multimeter Simulator may use the content you send or transmit for the purpose of performing this Agreement or providing this Service.

11.4 If Multimeter Simulator receives a notice from a rights holder claiming that the content you sent or transmitted infringes their relevant rights, you agree that Multimeter Simulator has the right to make an independent judgment and take measures such as deletion, blocking or disconnection of links.

11.5 When using this Service, you must not violate national laws and regulations or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others. You understand and agree that if you are complained about infringement by others or you complain about infringement by others, Multimeter Simulator has the right to provide necessary information such as the identity, contact information and complaint-related content of relevant parties in the dispute to other disputing parties or relevant departments, in order to resolve complaint disputes in a timely manner and protect the legitimate rights and interests of others. If this causes losses to Multimeter Simulator, including but not limited to fines, compensation, litigation costs, attorney fees, etc., you shall compensate Multimeter Simulator in full.

XII. [Force Majeure and Other Exemptions from Liability]

12.1 You understand and agree that during the use of this Service, you may encounter risk factors such as force majeure that may cause interruption of this Service. Force majeure refers to objective events that cannot be foreseen, overcome or avoided and have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, epidemics and storms, as well as social events such as wars, turmoil, government actions, etc. In the event of the above circumstances, Multimeter Simulator will strive to cooperate with relevant units in the first place and make timely repairs; however, Multimeter Simulator shall be exempt from liability to the extent permitted by law for any losses caused thereby.

12.2 To the extent permitted by law, Multimeter Simulator shall not be liable for service interruption or obstruction caused by the following circumstances:

- (1)Damage caused by computer viruses, Trojans or other malicious programs, hacker attacks;

- (2)Failure of computer software, systems, hardware and communication lines of users or Multimeter Simulator;

- (3)Improper operation by users;

- (4)Use of this Service through unauthorized methods of Multimeter Simulator;

- (5)Other circumstances that Multimeter Simulator cannot control or reasonably foresee.

12.3 You understand and agree that during the use of this Service, you may encounter risks brought by online information or other user behaviors. Multimeter Simulator shall not be liable for the authenticity, applicability or legality of any information, nor shall it be responsible for any damage caused to you by infringement. These risks include but are not limited to:

- (1)Information from others that is anonymous or impersonated and contains threats, defamation, offensive or illegal content;

- (2)Any psychological or physical harm and economic loss caused or potentially caused by being misled or deceived by others due to use of the services under this Agreement;

- (3)Other risks caused by online information or user behaviors.

12.4 Multimeter Simulator obtains the right to handle illegal content according to this Agreement. This right does not constitute an obligation or commitment of Multimeter Simulator, and Multimeter Simulator cannot guarantee timely discovery of illegal acts or corresponding handling.

XIII. [Effectiveness and Modification of Agreement]

13.1 Your use of Multimeter Simulator services shall be deemed as your having read this Agreement and accepting its binding effect.

13.2 Multimeter Simulator has the right to modify the terms of this Agreement when necessary. You can view the latest version of the agreement terms on relevant service pages.

13.3 After the terms of this Agreement are modified, if you continue to use the software or services provided by Multimeter Simulator, you shall be deemed as having accepted the modified Agreement. If you do not accept the modified Agreement, you should stop using the software or services provided by Multimeter Simulator.

XIV. [Modification, Interruption and Termination of Service]

14.1 Multimeter Simulator may modify service content, and may also interrupt, suspend or terminate services.

14.2 You understand and agree that Multimeter Simulator has the right to independently decide on business strategies. In the event of merger, demerger, acquisition or asset transfer of Multimeter Simulator, Multimeter Simulator may transfer relevant assets under this Service to a third party; Multimeter Simulator may also, after notifying you unilaterally, transfer part or all services under this Agreement to be operated or performed by a third party. The specific transferee shall be as notified by Multimeter Simulator.

14.3 If any of the following circumstances occur, Multimeter Simulator has the right to interrupt or terminate the services provided to you without notice:

- (1)According to laws, you are required to submit true information, but the personal information you provide is not true, or is inconsistent with the information at registration and you fail to provide reasonable proof;

- (2)You violate relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement;

- (3)According to the requirements of laws or competent authorities;

- (4)For security reasons or other necessary circumstances.

14.4 Multimeter Simulator has the right to charge according to the agreement in section 8.2 of this Agreement. If you fail to pay in full and on time, Multimeter Simulator has the right to interrupt, suspend or terminate the provision of services.

14.5 You are responsible for backing up data stored in this Service on your own. If your service is terminated, Multimeter Simulator may permanently delete your data from the server,unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations. Multimeter Simulator has no obligation to return data to users outside the EU jurisdiction.

XV. [Jurisdiction and Applicable Law]

15.1 The formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws).

15.2 This Agreement is concluded in Bao'an District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province.

15.3 If any dispute or controversy arises between you and Multimeter Simulator, it shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, any dispute arising from or relating to this Contract shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules in force at the time of application for arbitration. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

15.4 The headings of all terms of this Agreement are for reading convenience only and have no actual meaning in themselves, and cannot be used as the basis for interpreting the meaning of this Agreement.

15.5 If any provision of this Agreement is partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on both parties.

XVI. [Others]
